Dudes & Donuts Volunteers

Help lead the fun – without the stress! We're looking for a friendly and organized volunteer to take the lead on planning our Dudes & Donuts event! As Event Chair, you’ll help coordinate the basic details (like picking up donuts, setting up the space, and making sure things run smoothly) and be the main point of contact for other volunteers who’ve signed up to help. This is a great role if you enjoy organizing small events, working with others, and keeping things on track. But don’t worry, you won’t be doing it alone! You’ll have plenty of support from the Board and a team of volunteers to help make the event a sweet success. Time commitment: Light and flexible - just a few planning check-ins and overseeing things the day of the event. Skills needed: Basic communication, organization, and a sprinkle of donut enthusiasm.

If you're crafty and unavailable to help the morning of Dudes & Donuts- this is your call! Create a photo backdrop for guests and their students to caputure memories in front of. The backdrop would need to be dropped off at the school by Thursday, October 9 at 4 pm. Students are permitted to come along with you.

Non-coffee

No professional experience needed. Just need your phone! Walk around capturing photos of the event and families at the photo booth.

Assist with clearing the cafeteria tables, cleaning up the stations, and packing everything up once the event concludes at 8 a.m. Students are permitted to come along with you.
