Klein Independent School District requires all volunteers to complete a volunteer background check every school year.

1. Annual Volunteer Application
All volunteers must reapply every year. Submit a Volunteer Application below. Before completing your application, please review the Klein ISD Criminal History Standards for Volunteers.
2. Confirmation
Applicants will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of their application within 5-7 days.
*If a volunteer is declined due to the results of a criminal background check, they will be notified in writing. Principals and Volunteer Coordinators will not have access to any details regarding an individual’s background check. All information will remain strictly confidential.
3. You are ready!
